At OPNA, we are on a mission to unlock financing for every climate project that enables our planet’s climate transition with speed, scale, and equity.

Our Culture

First and foremost, we are building a place where folks can show up and be real and human — where they can bring their whole selves to work. We believe you should not need to code-switch to feel included and to thrive.

We believe that those who build our future must include people from around the globe with lived experience and some relationship to our climate crisis. This is a significant part of why we, as founders, are doing this work.
